Quincy is independent creative studio in New York led by Lauren Drell and Erica McCarthy. Our approach to brand-building is holistic, with an emphasis on strong visual aesthetic, compelling language, strategically thoughtful creative, and deep partnership throughout every project. Erica is a creative director, designer and visual storyteller with 18+ years of experience in the start-up space, partnering with CMOs, founders and key stakeholders to take a brand vision from just an idea through to final execution. Having built her career around creative problem-solving, staying strategic, and obsessing over the details, Erica has a proven track record in designing for packaging, websites, and interiors + hospitality.
